Matthew holds a (BSc)Hons in Quantity Surveying following 5 years part-time study. Matthew has considerable experience in many sectors including housing, retail, industrial, commercial, and utilities. He is responsible for the financial viability of construction projects and ensuring that projected/incurred costs are as forecast and that anticipated values are preserved. He is also responsible for providing and maintaining cost certainty for the client through the monitoring of variations for the duration of the project. He is currently responsible for various small work projects ranging from retail extensions to varied upgrade works and refurbishment projects for clients such as Co-Op, Stonegate Group, and others. Matthew has the experience and flexibility to carry out the required tasks regardless of the sector, client, or location to deliver the quick delivery many of our clients are looking for.
