Health and Safety
Our philosophy permeates the entire organisation via our Health, Safety & Environmental management systems, where every staff member and supply chain contractor is actively encouraged to embrace their legal and moral responsibilities to take reasonable care of themselves and others. This necessitates observable commitment and clear leadership by senior management and project management personnel. Placing safety at the forefront of our agenda establishes a recognised ethos. In our organisation any meeting started without a ‘safety first’ agenda is considered abnormal.
The essential components of Dickie & Moore’s approach to Health & Safety management and performance are:
- an open door policy
- a no blame culture
- an inclusive and collaborative attitude
- clear and open channels of communication
- robust and effective operating procedures
- efficient supervision, monitoring and review processes
Keeping Mental Health in Mind
