Dickie & Moore were appointed to deliver a New build industrial & logistics warehouse of 42,345 sq ft on a site of 2.45 acre’s.

Construction involved the full infrastructure , steel frame , fully clad envelope with solar PV with high quality offices, designated car parking and a large secure yard.
