Paul has spent 13 years in HM Forces before moving into the construction industry, where he has built extensive expertise in management systems, accident investigation, risk control, behavioural safety, and performance psychology. A Chartered Member of The Institute of Occupational Health and Safety and a Member of the Institute of Industrial Accident Investigators, Paul joined Dickie & Moore Construction to lead the SHEQ Department. His role focuses on ensuring a safe and healthy workplace, maintaining legal compliance, promoting a positive health and safety culture, and continually improving the company’s SHEQ management systems. Outside of work, Paul serves as Chairman of the Ayrshire Safety Group, supporting health and safety best practice across the west of Scotland.
