With a background civil engineering, Matthew joined Dickie & Moore in 2007 as a site engineer, moving up to site manager, development manager and construction project manager before reaching his current position of construction director. From environmental issues to budget control and man management, Matthew is responsible for maintaining the very highest standards across every aspect of construction activity on Dickie & Moore’s live sites throughout Scotland and the north of England. Matthew believes honesty, proactivity and flexibility are crucial to Dickie & Moore’s success, and that it is their reputation as ‘problem solvers’ that gives clients the confidence and reassurance that the company will deliver exactly what they promise every time.
