Lucy holds a Bsc Hons degree in quantity surveying (2003-2008) supplemented with an NVQ level 4 in quantity surveying (2011). Lucy gained these qualifications through part-time learning whilst working within the industry, giving her excellent theory and practical skills at the very beginning of her career. She has diverse sector experience which includes working on large scale construction projects in leisure, health, education & retail sectors as well as new build housing and social housing development schemes.     Her role involves full commercial management of key clients from pre-construction through to completion.   Lucy is a strong and valued member of the team with a non-confrontational approach and can-do attitude to all aspects of the scheme to ensure successful outcomes. Lucy is able to build sound relationships with all members of the construction and design team but more particularly the Client’s representatives. Furthermore, lucy is a construction ambassador and actively gets involved in activities within schools and colleges to promote the construction industry as well as women in construction.
