John graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen with a BSc in Quantity Surveying, enjoying 2 years in private practice before joining the family business as a surveyor, progressing to site manager, technical manager and finally to director. Having the same attitudes and aspirations as his brother, managing director William, has been invaluable, providing the company with a great strength, credibility and integrity. The supportive culture within the business encourages collective effort, with every voice being heard. John believes that building relationships and ‘getting it right first time’ are the keys to good business, with every Dickie & Moore client shown the same level of commitment, investment and service from the very start.
