Premier Inn, Newton Mearns

After over 25 weeks of work, Dickie and Moore are happy to announce the completion of our works at Premier Inn, Newton Mearns!

The project consisted of converting the existing Beefeater restaurant to form 12 new bedrooms, in addition to constructing a new build extension with a further 18 rooms. External works were extensive, involving a significant amount of piling and landscaping. Timber kit formed the basis of the new build, followed by complete internal works to finish the rooms to the latest Premier Inn specification.

A new restaurant was also formed within the existing building, with stylish upholstery, lighting, and decoration.
