Dickie & Moore were appointed as a Framework Contractor to extend the existing Premier Inn Inverness East Hotel

With a new build extension consisting of 24 bedrooms along with the conversion of an adjacent annex block to form 21 bedrooms, conversion of existing bedrooms, re-location of reception, and installation of self check-in kiosks.

Traditional strip foundations, 2 storey Timber Frame construction with traditional brick and render façade. Full fit out of bedrooms and common areas to the latest Premier Inn specification program.
