Lidl, Bellshill

Dickie & Moore Construction were appointed by Lidl GB to carry out demolition works and construction of a new build store at Mossbell Road, Bellshill.

We had to demolish the existing industrial unit on site which was a steel frame / block / cladding unit.

The new store is a steel frame construction, insulated roof and wall panels and glazed shop fronts. A PV system was installed on the roof of the new building. Internal works included M&E installation, refridge, IAS, FAS and CCTV install, new cold rooms, tiled floors, new suspended ceilings, new staff kitchen/welfare areas, wall tiling to toilets and decoration throughout. All works were carried out to Lidl 2020.2 spec.

One of many stores across the UK we have worked on with Lidl and it was great to see all the hard work from the Dickie & Moore team and the incredible change to this brownfield site presented on this time-lapse.
