Costa Coffee

Dickie & Moore Construction have recently completed a new build Costa Coffee Drive Thru shell in Monifieth, Dundee for Whitbread PLC.

The works involved new foundations, steel frame, GF slab, Kingspan roof panels, masonry superstructure, glazed walling, render and timber finishes along with all associated external hard / soft landscaping, street furniture and services provisions.

The project duration was 16 weeks from commencement to handover with all works were carried out within the grounds of the trading Premier Inn hotel with no disruption to the hotel operations. Handover to the Costa Coffee fit out team was successfully completed in line with the agreed programme.
