Co-op New Build, Selkirk

Dickie & Moore were appointed to build the new Co-op in Selkirk in the Scottish borders.

The existing shell was demolished, a new purpose-built steel shell was erected, and new store was constructed for Co-op to relocate into. This involved meticulous planning and phasing to ensure the whole project ran as efficiently as possible.

From the demolition, to construction, to internal finishes completed to a high standard. The new store has over 5500 square feet of sales floor, in addition to stock and BOH areas
