We’re proud to share our development, The Fairways in Elderslie, has been named as a finalist for ‘Small Housing Development of the Year’ at one of Scotland’s most respected independent awards.
The Scottish Home Awards celebrate excellence in the housebuilding sector, recognising quality, innovation and design throughout Scotland.
The Fairways is a new pocket neighbourhood, surrounded by trees and bordered by Elderslie Golf Course, which has transformed an underused and overgrown site. Delivery required careful management of a complex site including significant groundworks that required 44,000 tonnes of material to be moved to remodel the site.
