  • Co-op in Dunfermline handed over

We are delighted to have handed over a Co-op in Oakely, Dunfermline. This project was part of the extension framework with Co-op.

The detail of the project came down to a steel frame extension to the rear of the property to accommodate new cold storage areas.

In the interior of the building, a phased refit was undertaken, this included the removal of load-bearing walls and the casting of new concrete floors.

This store provides essential services to the community, including a post office so it was vital that this project was phased to allow ease of trading throughout the entirety of the project.
