Co-op Completed in Cullen!
We are delighted to have handed over more stores to the Co-op group.
As part of this ongoing partnership, we want to share updates on our progress and how we are continuing to develop exemplary stores for a leading food retailer.
Store Details –
The store underwent a major overhaul during closure to refit the store to new Co-op specification.
The listed shopfront was retained and externally the store was brought into present-day decoration.
Internally the sales floor received structural works to repair a faltering floor typical of the age of the building. New steelwork and timber joist were introduced during the works.
The sales floor will benefit from new shelving and refrigeration cases and the kiosk area was upgraded to current standards.
The useable space to the upper warehouse was improved by relocating the manager’s office to the basement where the remainder of the staff facilities were upgraded.
The roof was overhauled and render works took place to the rear of the building.
The store successfully launched on 30th April 2021.
